NTC shall adopt the DTI and DOLE Interim Guidelines on Workplace Presentation
and Control of CoViD-19.

In addition, a safety officer is designated to monitor COVID-19 prevention and
control measures inside the school facility. The safety officer is responsible to
communicate safety information, keep updated on the latest health status information,
attend to meetings and dialogues organized by LGU and IATF in relation to
CoViD-19 prevention and control and promote compliance with the specific safety
protocols and procedures as follows:
- Students, teachers, staff, and other personnel who are sick shall not be
allowed to enter the school premises. - Hand washing station shall be provided at designated areas within the campus.
Soap will be made available for everyone‟s consumption. - Alcohol/hand sanitizer shall be made available at the school entrance and
offices. Everyone also is advised to bring their own alcohol/hand sanitizer. - Hand washing / sanitizing, foot bathing and temperature checking are the
protocols before entering the school gate. - Anyone entering the school premises shall wear face mask at all times.
- Everyone is advised not go anywhere before going to school and to go
home immediately after classes/duty. - Staying long hours at school is discouraged. Everyone is advised to go home
immediately after classes/duty. - Maintenance personnel are instructed to perform daily maintenance at
school including disinfecting of areas frequently used by
students/faculty/staff. - Use the internet and social media properly. Playing games, watching movies and
online selling are prohibited. - Delivery of packages for students and school personnel are not permitted. Direct the
delivery in your respective home address. - Always observe social distancing (one meter apart from each other).
- Observe the markings on the floor when falling-in-line at the cashier, registrar and
other offices. - The “Lunching Together Policy” is temporarily deferred to observe social distancing
protocol. Also, utensils from the canteen shall not be brought anywhere. - “Bringing your own Baon” for lunch and water are recommended.
- Limited number of students can occupy the tables at the canteen based on the markers
provided. Students may eat lunch inside the classroom. - Foods for take-out shall be made available at the canteen.
- Only four (4) persons shall be allowed inside the comfort room at a time.
Maintenance personnel are advised to monitor students entering the comfort room
during lunch break. - All forms of sports activities shall not be allowed temporarily.
